Tracy Foster, RN
Tracy Foster has been the Director of Bailey Bariatrics since 2008. Tracy leads a program that has guided hundreds of patients through Pre-Op preparation and into our Post-Op Wellness and Support Group programs. Her leadership and clinical knowledge have been formed over 20 years as a Registered Nurse, Home Health Administrator and business owner.
Tracy continues to pursue her Bachelors of Nursing to become a Clinical Nurse Practitioner. She is in a constant pursuit to enhance her clinical knowledge to help patients become successful. Her door is always open to assist patients with compliments, concerns, questions, ideas or areas for improvement. She values patient input and is here to lead you through this journey.
Tracy lives in Claremore with her teenage daughter Taylor. They both enjoy sporting events, water activities, four wheeler riding, and traveling. She is a huge sports and even bigger Sooner fan. Tracy spends the majority of her time doing Zumba and running.
Pat has been at Bailey Medical Center since 2007. She has worked in a variety of areas from Health Information and Management to Bariatrics. Pat has spent over 20 years in customer service and is your first contact in the office and on the phone. She is an expert and providing information about seminars, support groups, consultations and controls the flow of the front office. Pat enjoys shopping for antiques and attending garage sales. She also enjoys arts and crafts like crocheting, cross stitching, sewing, scrap booking and jewelry making.
Cindy has been at Bailey Medical Center since 2010. She works in several different areas in the hospital ranging from Human Resources to Bariatrics. Cindy specializes in customer service and provides patients with reminder calls about seminars, support groups and appointments. Cindy can be seen throughout the hospital at the front desk in Bariatrics, Administration and the Lobby. She enjoys spending time with her 4 children and 1 grandchild. She is an avid reader and loves to shop.
Lisa has been employed with Bailey Medical Center since 2008 and as a Bariatric Financial Counselor since 2010. She works closely with patients to help determine the required amount to pay the facility at the time of service. Financial Counselors are responsible for informing patients of their financial obligations, securing payment, verifying insurance and assistance patients with payment arrangements. Lisa is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and being outdoors.
The Bariatric Navigator will help guide you through this journey. They will assist you in the scheduling process, verify your benefits, package your information to submit to insurance and answer most questions surrounding the pre-surgery program. The Bariatric Navigator is designed to assist each patient as they work through the pre-surgery preparation experience. Your role is to complete the appointments, consultations, testing and support groups to make sure you have properly prepared yourself for surgery and have a plan for post-op follow-up.
Dawn has been at Bailey Medical Center since 2007 in a variety of departments. She has been working in hospitals since 1990 and exclusively in Bariatrics since 2010. She is a seasoned expert at navigating the scheduling process and assisting you through your journey. Dawn moved from San Diego, CA to Owasso in 2003 with her husband and 2 kids.
Shelba has been at Bailey Medical Center since 2011 since attending Tulsa Community College and Owasso High School. Her main focus is to guide you through this journey and help you along the way. She is an expert with financial counseling and making sure benefits have been verified and you are prepared for surgery. She comes from a very tight knit loving family and is happily married. Shelba loves her 3 dogs and enjoys spending time at the lake, fishing or sitting around the fire talking.
Russell has been at Bailey Medical Center since 2013. Russell brings over 20 years of management experience in industries that focus on customer service and pipeline management. He specializes in understanding your needs and then assisting you through your journey in a very organized and efficient manner. Russell has spent his entire career assisting and teaching others to navigate through obstacles and provides customers a strategy to be successful. He is married with 3 children and 6 grandchildren and loves to golf, flyfish, play tennis and read.
